1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Nidep food delivery platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nidep operates a food delivery platform that connects customers with participating restaurants across Canada. We facilitate the ordering and delivery of food items but do not prepare the food ourselves.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase food items. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Menu prices may vary from restaurant prices and are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our platform.

5. Delivery

We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times are estimates only. Factors beyond our control may affect delivery times, including weather conditions, traffic, and restaurant preparation times.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to restaurant approval. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm our delivery personnel or restaurant staff
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Nidep platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nidep and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nidep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
